Ian Brunning has over 30 year’s experience within the property and construction industry, working on both the client and consultant side. 

 

Throughout his career he has focussed on assisting organisations better align their asset portfolios with service delivery. To achieve this Ian has implemented a wide range of asset management elements including; Strategic Asset Management Plans, Condition Assessment and Lifecycle Costs through to Computerised Asset Management Systems and maintenance contracts.

 

Combining his extensive technical experience, pragmatic approach, and his ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stake holders, Ian has successfully delivered numerous asset management projects, across diverse sectors.
